A true cult classic! Ash is back in the 3rd “Evil Dead” movie. This movie has everything: comedy, action, gore and is even a love story. The best part of the movie has to be the humor. Take a 20th century man and put him back into the dark ages and see what happens. The storyline has always been a good one, but it seem it was still a lower budget film so the quality of the picture and sound is not near what DVD can deliver. The DVD version however, is the best version out there. There is visible grain in some scenes and the sound is not 5.1, but is Dolby Surround. There is a trailer and bios included on the disc. This movie will make you laugh and is very entertaining. Best advice that anyone can give, is if you have seen this movie and really enjoyed it -- then buy the DVD. If you have not seen it, perhaps rent it before purchasing it.
