Story: The year is 1971. T.E. Hawkins High School in Alexandria, Va. has been integrated and now Head Coach Bill Yoast, who has lead the football team to fifteen winning seasons, is being demoted and being replaced by Herman Boone, a black man. This is the story of not so much how these two men overcame their differences and worked together, but how they turned a group of hostile young men into champions.

Comments: A Great Movie! One the whole family can enjoy. This movie belongs up there with “Hoosiers” and “Rudy” - a great feel-good movie! Hayden Panettiere as Coaach Yoast's daughter steals the show. My only complaint? Having to sit thru the Disney Coming attractions before the film begins and not being able to fast forward or go directly to the menu. Come On Disney! We do NOT want to sit thru these!
